Give a gift

God has a purpose for everyone. Identity was something I struggled with before I became a Christian. I knew I didn’t want the generic life with the 9-5 job. I knew there was more to life. My heart began to draw towards something I had yet to know and see, as if I had a greater calling.

I had always wanted to help people, knowing how hard life was at a young age. My idea was to become super rich and then help the poor, the needy, the sick, and those who were starving. As I entered adulthood, I quickly realized the reality of life. How was I supposed to help anyone if I couldn’t help myself? Believing I couldn’t help anyone, I continued to live for myself.. As I dug my head into the things of this world, nothing could satisfy. The brokenness in my heart couldn’t be healed by anything or anyone. There had to be something else. There had to be something more, and that’s when I found Jesus.

After finishing my DTS in the spring of 2026, God had placed it on my heart to begin discipling. I desire to walk with the youth as they seek God’s true character, knowing the impact God had in my DTS. I saw how he constantly pursued me; how he broke down walls to heal me instead. In His intentionality for me, I couldn’t deny His love. This is the God I follow. This is my heavenly Father. “We love because he first loved us” 1 John 4:19. Through my pursuit of God, I had finally found my calling: to be a son. Along with that, the Lord had plans for me to be a full-time missionary at YWAM Madison.

As I continue to serve here in Madison, I am seeking to grow in my knowledge of God and my spiritual giftings, along with my passions for children’s ministry and fighting human trafficking.

God desires to reach and love every human being in this world. Would you consider helping me in this mission?
