by Katie Gruchow Today, Sheila taught me how to make chapattis. I rolled out small lumps of dough, then applied peanut oil to the skillet and plopped the flattened dough onto it. Sheila was quite impressed by how quickly I learned. “Now, you can fatten him up,” she said, nodding towards Travis. “He is much too skinny for a husband.”
