In a Thailand Prison

image from Thai prison“Thursday morning we went to visit and feed prisoners. We arrived at the police station and walked into the small cramped corridor surrounded by cells on either side. One side was men and the other side was women and children.

“The men’s cells were full with at least 20 to 30 men in each. The first women’s cell had 4 girls and in the next cell, to everyone’s shock, lived a mother and her 3 children all under the age of 7. My stomach turned as my heart cried and my face smiled.

“We talked with them and gave them sandwiches, water and soap. We did what little we could for those victims of injustice.” – Danny (Texas, USA)
