About DTS Equip
At the heart of YWAM’s mission is the Discipleship Training School (DTS)—the gateway for countless young people to step into God’s calling. The DTS has always been a launching pad, preparing and empowering individuals to live out their faith, wherever they are, in whatever they do. As Darlene Cunningham reminds us, “As the DTS goes, so goes the mission.”
DTS Equip is a 6-week training program designed specifically for DTS leaders and staff. This course will deepen your understanding of YWAM’s foundational values and equip you to lead the next generation of missionaries. You will be prepared to walk alongside young people as they discover who God is, understand their identity in Him, and embrace their unique role in His mission.
Through DTS Equip, you will:
- Deepen your understanding of the DTS and its vital role in YWAM’s global mission
- Learn how to effectively mentor and guide students in their discipleship journey
- Gain confidence and insight to lead transformational mission experiences
- Continue your own growth in following Jesus and embracing the call to Know God and Make Him Known
